Consumer's Original Complaint :
Google and their subsidary Blogspot.com continue with their policy of random deletions of consumers blog sites.
Please note that the actions complained about below have been the subject of 2 similar complaints by me and in both cases the BBB has been able to contact Google and get the blogs restored and apologies issued by google and admissions made by them that the sites should NOT have been deleted.

Clearly Google/Blogspot has automatic programs running from their India* operation that are out of control and close users blog sites for bogus reasons.

You would think that the rocket scientists at Google/Blogspot would have been able to get their flawed programs corrected after 4 years but it seems they have not.
Here is the current problem which I hope you can get fixed:
On or about August 25, 2017 Google, who runs the site 'blogspot.com', removed the blog site 'walmartap.blogspot.com' from the internet.
In looking at my sitemeter I see that from 8/25/17 to 9/2/17 Google India and Google's US bots have been to this site 11 times.
I have put in the online 'appeal' and have not heard back from them and the site continues to be unavailable.
Below are 2 different things that Google says about the removal of the site:
1) "Blog has been removed
Sorry, the blog at walmartap.blogspot.com has been removed. This address is not available for new blogs."
Did you expect to see your blog here? See: 'I can't find my blog on the Web, where is it?'
Another notification from them says:
2) "Warning, this blog has been locked
Your blog was locked for violating Terms Of Service. If you wish to request a review of your blog, edit its content and click 'Appeal'. This blog will be permanently deleted within 80 days unless you request a review."
Consumer's Desired Resolution:
Google/Blogspot India should restore the removed/deleted site and cease to randomly delete my sites.Keep in mind that this is the 3rd time in 2 years that they have done this and each time after weeks of complaints by me and the BBB they have put the blogs back online.This nonsense from their India operation must STOP.

09/21/2017 BBB MORE INFO RECEIVED FROM THE CONSUMER : The time for a reply was Sept 21st. That has come and gone and I don't see any reply from them.
Google/Blogspot have posted as follows to my email account atlantagausa@gmail.com. As you can see this states that 7 days ago they permanently deleted my account. I hope that the BBB will give them an Unsatisfactory rating:

This reply:
" I'm going to flag this with my teammates to see if there's anything we can do to make sure it doesn't happen again.", is totally unacceptable.
This is the 3rd time in 2 years that my blogs have been deleted by their uncontrolable bots from their India operation.
They didn't get it fixed either of those 2 times, and this reply is worthless.
I hope the BBB downgrades their rating, they have a ton of complaints and this most recent failure to do more than 'see if there is anything they can do' STINKS.
I put years worth of work into my blog sites and these India pin heads and their bots come along and make them disappear for 4-7 weeks before they look into it and ALWAYS put them back.
Of course it takes complaints to the BBB to actually get their attention and I would think that the BBB would be getting pretty tired of this Google BS by now.
Rate Google, Inc as 'U' and see how they like it.
